Our roots start from being a part of exhibitions all over India. After years of travelling and making furniture, we picked up several elements of vernacular designs and lifestyles from different cities. We finally decided to set up shop in Hyderabad, which was home to several cultures. We evolved from a small workshop and handful number of members in our team to a 10,000 sq ft workshop with many new members. Throughout this timeline, sustainability was consistently part of our brand. Our legacy is to embrace our vernacular designs while actively trying to reinvent them to suit your lifestyle.

Fathima, with her exquisite eye for design, makes all the magic happen. She can instantly connect the dots between the client's ideas, their lifestyles and practical thinking. No matter how complex the requirements, she can draft up a solution that is suitable to the client's taste. Her forte is to be able to mix and match design styles while shining a light on the best elements of the styles.
Mohammed Noor, another supporting pillar of IK Designs, has a great attention to details when it comes to materials. He thrives to ensure only the best quality furniture for their clients. Right from the tiniest materials like furniture hardware to the wood used to build the furniture, everything is hand-selected and approved by him before it reaches the customer.
